Moderator duty here...

FYI, although it doesn't apply to anyone who will actually read this, I've just purged our members list of any non-posting accounts (as in, they've never posted or even returned to the site and/or have suspicious advertisement names). We made a rule quite awhile ago that all new members must at least introduce themselves in the Newbie thread or risk deletion--to help keep our forums free of the random spammers that plagued us briefly last year. We'd fallen lax on enforcing this rule in the wake of Kumoricon 2007 (hey, we all needed a little break!), but as we start gearing up for this coming August/September of NekoPan craziness, I'm going to be policing such things more frequently.

It's not going to affect anyone but the spammers. I just wanted to mention what I'm up to so nobody wonders why our member count suddenly dropped. Happy
